Hi there, my name is Dan McDougall, and I am the founder of DM Plumbing & Heating. I established the company in 2015 with a simple goal: to provide homeowners across Bristol and the surrounding areas with a reliable, professional, and high-quality plumbing and heating service they could trust.

With over 20 years of industry experience, I have built DM Plumbing & Heating on the foundations of honesty, integrity, hard work, and exceptional craftsmanship. From day one, my focus has been on delivering outstanding customer service, expert workmanship, and long-lasting solutions tailored to each customer’s individual needs.

What sets me apart is my passion for both the technical and creative aspects of the industry. While I enjoy solving complex plumbing and heating challenges, I also have a genuine passion for bathroom design and installation. I take great pride in helping customers transform their ideas into beautiful, practical spaces that enhance their homes and everyday lives. From initial design concepts and planning through to the final installation, I work closely with every customer to ensure their vision becomes a reality.

My expertise covers all aspects of plumbing, heating, and gas services, including boiler breakdown diagnosis, fault finding, boiler repairs, boiler servicing, boiler replacements, and new boiler installations. I am highly experienced in central heating installations, heating system upgrades, radiator installations, power flushing, hot water systems, unvented cylinders, plumbing maintenance, emergency repairs, and complete bathroom renovations.

As a Gas Safe registered engineer, safety, quality, and professionalism are at the heart of everything I do. Customers value my ability to diagnose problems efficiently, provide honest advice, communicate clearly, and deliver dependable solutions that stand the test of time.
